The 27-passenger Minibus is our main shuttle for conferences and campus events, and its luggage compartment means it can take airport legs as well as short hops.
The 56-passenger Motor Coach carries a conference block, a team or a large celebration in one vehicle, with an onboard restroom and underbelly luggage room for runs down to Monterey or Fresno.
Three more classes fill in between those sizes. The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle Van has the Executive Van's cabin, luggage compartment and 110V power outlets. The 31-passenger Minibus has four more seats than the 27, and the 40-passenger Motor Coach has the onboard restroom and the 452 Cu. We run short city trips from Downtown San Jose, Santana Row and Willow Glen hotels to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center and Japantown, and the same vehicle stays with the group for the evening.
San Jose Mineta is the home airport. We also run to San Francisco International and Oakland International when the flight or the schedule sends a group north. Send the flight number and we set the pickup from the scheduled arrival; for departures we work the drop-off back from your check-in window.
Private-aviation arrivals into the valley are booked on the same terms as a commercial flight. Send the tail number, the FBO and the estimated time and we time the pickup to it. When executives fly private and the rest of the party arrives commercial, we book everyone as one itinerary.
