We run our own vehicles and chauffeurs out of San Jose. The work here is corporate transportation between campuses and San Jose Airport (SJC) car service, with wedding, school and group charter work booked the same way.

From San Jose we cover Santa Clara County and the Highway 101 corridor south of it (Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties), plus the Central Valley cities that are closer to San Jose than to our other Northern California hosts. The groups below name every locality we pick up in.

How South Bay and Central Coast coverage works

Inside Santa Clara County, pickups are same-day corporate transportation or an SJC run, and the vehicle stays on site when a campus visit or a meeting runs long. Anything south of Gilroy is a longer route, so we normally book it as a full day: a group charter to the coast, a wedding shuttle, or an airport transfer quoted as one trip. Send the itinerary and the roster count and we size the vehicle to both.

Our daily corporate transportation runs here: executive car service between campuses, visiting teams in from SJC or SFO, and employee shuttle routes. We send a 6-passenger Luxury SUV for an executive pair, a 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter for a visiting team and a 27-passenger Minibus for a shuttle loop.
Santa Cruz County: Santa Cruz, Watsonville. Over the hill from the valley, the work here is coast weddings, offsites, and school and youth group trips. A 27-passenger Minibus handles the coast road better than a 56-passenger Motor Coach, so send the roster count and we will tell you which one we would send.
San Benito County: Hollister. Hollister pickups join the Highway 101 corridor, so they are part of a longer day: an SJC airport transfer, a wedding shuttle, or a group charter that also stops further south.
Monterey County: Monterey, Pebble Beach, Salinas. The work here is conferences and golf weekends: a group charter down from SJC or SFO on the Friday, hourly car service across the peninsula through the weekend, and a return run on the Sunday. A 56-passenger Motor Coach carries a full conference block with the luggage stowed underneath.
San Luis Obispo County: Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo. We book more wine tour transportation and wedding days here than airport runs. The day is booked as-directed, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with the group and the tasting-room stops can change without a new quote.
Madera County: Madera. Madera is on the Highway 99 side of our coverage, so a booking here is normally a full-day group charter or an airport transfer to SJC or SFO.
Fresno County: Fresno. Fresno trips are long, so we quote them as a whole day: a team or a wedding group in one 56-passenger Motor Coach, or a smaller party to SJC or SFO in a 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter.
Tulare County: Tulare, Visalia. These are the furthest points we cover from San Jose. People here ask us for two things, group charters and airport transportation, and we book both as a single full-day trip.

Which airport do you use for South Bay pickups?

San Jose Mineta for most addresses in Santa Clara County. We use SFO and OAK when the flight or the schedule calls for them.

Do you run corporate shuttles between campuses?

Yes. We quote executive car service between offices and employee shuttle routes as a repeating program on a fixed route and schedule.

Can you cover a Monterey or Paso Robles weekend from San Jose?

Yes. We book those days as-directed. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with the group, so the stops can change as the weekend goes.
